Women's Basketball Gets Commitment From Martin

Penn State DuBois Women's Basketball is proud to announce that Rebecca Martin from Northern Potter High School will continue her basketball career at the DuBois Campus of Penn State.  A four-year starter at NoPo, Rebecca was selected the past three seasons to the North Tier Basketball All-Stars as well as a member of the Big 30 All-Stars as a junior.  This multi-sport athlete also qualified for states in track and cross-country.  A 5'9" forward, Becca averaged 11.8 points per game and 9 rebounds per game as a senior.  "Rebecca plays with a great deal of energy on the court.  She is the exact type of player that we are always looking for to represent our basketball program.  I'm very excited to have her join our program!" stated PSUD Coach Lewis.  Included in the photo Back row: (L-R) Dr. Brian McCorkle, Track coach, Olivia Hoffman, JV basketball coach, Casey Cady, Varsity basketball coach, PSUD Coach Pat Lewis.
