The softball team hosted PSUAC opponent Mont Alto at Heindl Field this afternoon.  Game 1 had Kelsey Stuart start from the circle.  Mont Alto would jump out to an early lead with 1 run in the top of the 1^st inning and score a few more in the 3^rd and 4^th before DuBois would score their first run in the bottom of the 4^th.  DuBois would not be able to mount the comeback as they would take the game 1 loss, 10-1. 

Game 2 saw DuBois' bats awaken and were up 4-2 in the 3^rd inning.  Mont Alto would take over in the 5^th, but DuBois would make a strong showing in the 6^th and 7^th innings.  It would be too late however, as DuBois would take the game 2 loss, 9-6.  Stuart would go 2 for 4 with 2 runs, and Brianna Bone would go 2 for 4 as well with 2 RBI's.

DuBois will be back in action on Wednesday at home when they host PSU Fayette for a double header starting at 5:00 pm.
