Scott Becomes All-Time Conference Leader

Lizzy Scott has now another claim to the record books for her time at Penn State DuBois.  Not only is she the all-time leader in strikeouts for DuBois, and the softball programs only 2021 USCAA Softball Player of the Year, but she now holds the all-time strikeout record in the entire PSUAC.

In game 2 of a double header on Monday against PSU Schuylkill, Scott threw 8 strikeouts on the game.  The 6th strikeout tied former PSU Beaver pitcher, Vanessa Jackson with 455, and the 7th one broke the all-time conference record with 456.

With a half of a season still to play, Scott is looking to add a lot of strikeouts to that number.  She currently sits at 79 on the year with her highest season total being last year with 179.  Scott's career record to date is 47-20with an ERA of 2.47.
