Men finish 4th in USCAA Div. II Basketball Championship

The DuBois Men's Basketball team (22-8) finished the season with a 79-62 loss to University of Cincinnati-Clermont in the USCAA consolation game for third place on Saturday afternoon at PSU Fayette.  UC-Clermont entered the championship as the 3rd seeded team and rebounded with a victory over DuBois after a tough 65-64 loss in the semi-final to World Harvest Bible College on Friday evening.  DuBois trailed by 12 points at halftime 42-30, but battled back early in the second half to take the lead 47-46.  With 10 minutes remaining in the game UC-Clermont regained the lead and used the momentum to finish off the game and garner the 3rd place trophy in USCAA Div. ll play.

The championship game in Div. ll featured a matchup of # 1 seed Williamson Trade School against 7th seeded World Harvest Bible College.
