Penn State Dubois sweeps New Kensington 3-0 to improve their record to 9-1.

The Lady Lions defeated New Kensington 25-13 25-14 25-14 on Tuesday to earn their 9th win of the season.  Coach Alberts said "I was really impressed with the way they played tonight.  I have been stressing the importance of playing consistently.  Tonight they did that and saw that when they do they are tough team to beat."  Match leaders were Melody Young 11 kills 2 aces 11 digs, Keara Shrefler 9 kills 3 aces 17 digs, Grace Earle 8 aces 16 digs, Carly Shaffer 18 digs, and Gabby Wolff 15 digs.

The Lady Lions look to continue to improve their record this weekend as they are scheduled for 2 away matches on Saturday at Community College of Beaver County and 2 home conference Tri-Matches on Sunday.  Sunday's games are at 1pm vs.  Schuylkill and 5pm  vs  Mont Alto.
