PSUD Volleyball wins their first conference match to improve their record to 4-0.

The Lady Lions had their first conference match against Penn State Greater Allegheny on Saturday.  The match was back and forth from start to finish.  Penn State Dubois came back from behind in the first two games to win.  In the third game Penn State Greater Allegheny came from behind and took the game.  Once again in the fourth game Penn State Dubois came from behind being down 8-6 to win the game and the match 3-1. 

Coach Alberts said, "I was proud of the way they played with intensity and when they got down they kept fighting and pulled out a great win."  Match leaders were Melody Young 16 kills 14 digs and 3 aces, Keara Shrefler 10 kills 13 digs 2 aces, and Alyssa Simbeck 38 assists 4 aces. 

PSUD goes on the road again when the face conference foe Penn State Fayette, the former conference champions, this Wednesday.
