In the first of two weekend games for the Penn State DuBois women's basketball team they would travel to PSU Mont Alto on Friday evening.

DuBois would start strong in the first quarter as Shannon Shaw would drop in two 3-point buckets to put DuBois up 17-13.  In the second quarter DuBois would struggle from the field to allow Mont Alto to take the lead heading into half-time, 33-20.

A big surge in the third quarter would see DuBois bring the lead back to within 5 points, but could never regain the lead again as Mont Alto would take the game, 72-62.

Shaw would end the night with a team high 15 points.  Lexey Shick would add 10 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists, and 4 steals.
