The Penn State DuBois women's basketball team had another battle last night as they travelled to play PSU Shenango.  After going down 19-10 in the first quarter, DuBois scrapped back in the second quarter to bring the gap to 2 points headed into halftime. 

Another surge by Shenango gave them a 9 point lead at the end of the third quarter, but DuBois would turn it on again in the fourth.  Even though DuBois would score more the Shenango in the fourth, the clock showed too little time to finish making up the difference.  DuBois would take the loss, 63-55 in a hard fought effort.

Tara Hinderliter would end the game with 16 points and 9 rebounds, while teammate Maddie Steiner would add 16 points of her own.  Sara DeHaas pulled down 13 rebounds for DuBois, and Lexey Shcik added 7 steals.

DuBois will travel to Mont Alto on Friday evening.
