The basketball season came to a close on PSU DuBois Saturday afternoon in a defeat at PSU York 88-61.  Coach Lewis' team finished with a 5-15 record 2-12 in the PSUAC, but the record doesn't tell the entire story.

Lewis's team played the majority of the season with six or seven talented players, but in the latter parts of the games fatigue and spirited play usually caught up with the DuBois Lady Lions.  If you look at the halftime score or even with 10 minutes to go - the game was still within reach.  In Saturday's finale Karly Carnovale scored 25 points follwed by Karlee Cyphert with 11 and Kiley Lewis with 10.

Coach Lewis always looks to the positive and has high hopes for 2013-14 with 5 players returning who played 30+ minutes a game.  Look for the DuBois Lady Lions to rebound and get pack to the PSUAC playoffs in 2014.
