DuBois Signs Bailey Bloom

Penn State DuBois is excited to announce the signing of Curwensville High School Senior softball player, Bailey Bloom. Bailey is a catcher and a Progress Land All-Star from a year ago. PSUD Head Softball Coach Jason Kern spoke highly of Bailey.

"Bailey is an outstanding young lady who excels on and off the field. She currently carries a 4.0 in the classroom and is a member of the National Honors Society. She comes from a winning program and a high school team that is perennially in the playoffs, so she knows what it takes to win and be competitive. She is good defensively behind the plate and nearly half of her hits last year were doubles. Several of our current players have either played against Bailey or played with her on travel teams and they all spoke highly of her abilities. I'm looking forward to having her on campus and joining our softball family", Kern said.
