
The Penn State DuBois Men's Basketball team avenged an early season loss as they defeated Pitt-Titusville by a score of 79-60 on Friday night. PSUD opened the game strong and built a 41-35 halftime lead. The Nittany Lions used pressure defense and an up-tempo offense in the second half to wear down Pitt-Titusville and cruise to a 19 point victory.
Woody Mitchell led PSUD with 21 points, including 5 3-point field goals. Chris Dickison also had a strong effort with 20 points and 7 rebounds. Jovan Brown rounded out the double figure scorers by chipping in 15 points.
Penn State DuBois, 8-4 overall (5-1 PSUAC), returns to action with an important non-conference game against NCAA Division III, Westminster. The game tips off at 7pm at the Penn State DuBois Multi-Purpose Building Gymnasium.
