Penn State DuBois baseball travelled to New Kensington to finish their series against their PSUAC opponent in double header action. In the first game Morgan Bell got the start for DuBois, and got quick offensive support for his cause.
Trevor Hanna hit for 2 doubles, Tyler Yough hit a triple, and Dylan Treaster smashed a home run to get the for DuBois. Bell, Braiden Blair, and Hanna would all team up to keep New Kensington to only 4 runs in the game, and they would total 7 strike outs. DuBois would end the game with the win, 6-4.
Nolan Walters would get the start for game 2, and his team would give him 6 insurance runs in the 2nd inning to keep him relaxed on the mound. Six different DuBois players would hit for a double, and Daniel Stauffer would hit a home run, and have 5 RBI's on the game. Thayne Morgan would steal 3 bases, and Walters would strikeout 5 batters through 4 innings of work.
A total team effort from DuBois would see them take game 2, 11-2 to sweep the series.
