Volleyball team loses final road contest of season

The Penn State DuBois volleyball team lost to the #3 ranked team in the USCAA on the road at Fayette on Wednesday night. Fayette won their 26th straight PSUAC match 3-0 with scores of (25-11), (25-13), (25-5). Dubois did have a strong performance in the second game taking a lead 7-3 before Fayette came back to take the lead at 8-7, DuBois answered with two points leading 9-8. But from there on out it was all Fayette as the won the second game 25-13.
DuBois will conclude its season on Sunday, October 16th at noon as the host PS Greater Allegheny. Playing in their last game for DuBois will be Alice Gyamfi, Kaitlyn Karpinski, Nikki McClain, Alyssa Wetzel, and Hillary Yarger.
