Penn State DuBois wrestlers got back on the winning trail with a 38-14 victory over visiting PSU Mont Alto on Wdnesday night.  Just four days earlier the PSUD squad got beat soundly by WVU Tech in Montgomery, WV and facing their toughest conference opposition the DuBois wrestlers got after the visting Mont Alto team early with physical style wrestling.

Leading the way for PSUD was 141 wrestler JP Hayles with a first period fall over Eric Janisko in 2:03 with a cross face cradle.  Jake Himes (157lbs) followed up with a 18-4 major decision and Ty Haines (165) recorded a fall with 5 seconds left in the match to bring the team score to 22-6.  Other winners for PSUD were "Bub" Lumadue(184) with a headlock and first period fall, Tige Woodson (197) with a fall in the second period - from a farside cradle, and finally Tim Suydan (235) recorded a  major decision 11-2.

PSU DuBois will return to the mats aftyer Thanksgiving break on December 6th at the Niagara County CC Open.  Wrestling will start at 10am.
