PSUD Women's Team Lose on the Road

The Penn State DuBois Women's basketball team dropped their second game in a row with a 79-68 road loss to Penn State Wilkes Barre on Friday night.  The loss makes the PSUD squad's record 10-5 on the season.

 A poor start after a long bus trip doomed the Lady Lions as they fell behind by 12 points to end the first quarter.  DuBois closed the gap several times but were unable to make up for the slow start. 

 Two players reached double figures with Kristen Williams (Eisenhower) 19 points and Melody Young 17 points leading the way.  Lauren Young (Bellefonte) grabbed 11 rebounds in the contest.
