Penn State DuBois Women's Basketball is proud to announce that Cierra O'Shell from Glendale Area High School will continue her basketball career at the DuBois Campus of Penn State. A two year Moshannon Valley League and ICC North League All Star, Cierra was selected Altoona Mirror Player of the Week as a senior. This past season, the 5'8" guard averaged 11.9 points per game and 3.0 rebounds per game helping Glendale finish with a trip to the District VI playoffs. Cierra has been accepted into the Penn State Administration of Justice program. "We had two guards graduate and Cierra will come in and provide immediate help in that area. She is an athletic player and hard worker that runs the floor very well. I'm happy that she will be joining our program because we are always looking for good student/athletes and I know she is going to do a great job for us," stated PSUD Coach Lewis.
