After leading by 8 points at halftime, Penn State DuBois women's basketball team, showed its weary legs in the second half from playing an overtime game less than 15 hours earlier. Lorain gained momentum and the lead late in the game and PSUD didn't have the answer dropping a 72-68 decision this weekend.
Latascia Shadle (Galeton) registered a career high 18 points. She was joined in double figures by Kristy Hanes (Elk County) with 15 points and Melody Young (Otto Eldred) 11 points and hauled in 11 rebounds to register a double-double.
PSUD return to action on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at home against league leading Penn State Beaver. A 6:00 tip-off is scheduled.
