PSU DuBois Falls To Penn State Fayette

The PSU DuBois Lady Lions dropped a 61-50 decision to conference rival Penn State Fayette on Tuesday.  PSUD, playing great first half defense, held the lead the whole first half and went into half time with a 28-19 lead.  Fayette came out hot in the first ten minutes after the half and went on a 24-3 run to help them maintain a lead against the DuBois squad in the last twenty minutes.

"The last several games we have played very well for 30 minutes in each game.  Unfortunately, we need to play well for 40 minutes each game." stated PSUD coach Pat Lewis.  "The young ladies are working hard and are looking to finish the season strong."

PSUD was lead by Ashley Brown (Otto Eldred) with 19 points and 8 rebounds while Kristy Hanes (Elk County) also hit double figures with 10 points.
