PSUD Lady Lions Go Into Break With A 7-2 Record

PSUD traveled to PSU Worthington-Scranton and picked up a road victory by the score of 71-26.  A strong second half defense and cold shooting by the home team extended a 41-21 halftime lead to give the visitors a decisive win.  "Scranton is rebuilding their program and will improve as the season goes along.  They played hard the whole game but they just went ice cold in the second half.", stated PSUD head coach Pat Lewis.

Lewis added, "We had all ten players score again today and no one had more than 11 points (Karlee Cyphert).  It was a good team win before the holiday break.  We are looking forward to traveling to Ohio Wesleyan for their "Hoops for Hope" Tournament on December 29th and 30th.  All three of the other teams in the tournament are NCAA III and larger schools than us, so it should be quite a challenge."
