The PSUD Cross Country Team competed at the Allegheny College Classic on 9/14. Representing Penn State DuBois were sophomores Bailey Thrush and Jeremy Troup, as well as freshman Cassie Carnesali. It was a great day for cross country, with nine teams competing in the cooler morning temperatures and sun. The course presented some challenges with hills and mud, but the PSUD runners were able to meet their goals. Cassie Carnesali finished her first ever collegiate 3 mile race with a time of 34:29. Bailey Thrush and Jeremy Troup finished their 4 mile race with times of 29:19 and 26:03, respectively. Next week, the team travels to Penn State Mont Alto for a PSUAC competition.
