A Heartbreak For DuBois

A Heartbreak For DuBois

Another exciting night in the PAW Center as the men's basketball team took on the visiting team from New Kensington.  New Kensington got off to a hot start offensively, but DuBois came right back with a run of their own to close the gap.  Back and forth was how the rest of the first half would go until the half time buzzer sounded.  DuBois would be down only 6 going into the locker room, 38-32.

DuBois would continue to keep it close in the 2nd half until a few minutes left in the game when New Kensington would get a few separation shots from the home team.  DuBois would eventually lose the game, 79-64.

Christopher Frontera would lead DuBois in scoring with 13 points, Guy Anthony would pull down 11 rebounds, and Grant Grimaldi would have a big day with 9 points and 10 rebounds.

DuBois will be back in action on Tuesday when they travel to PSU Shenango.
