#9 Ranked USCAA Division 1 WAU Too Much for PSUD

Penn State Dubois men's basketball returned to the court after a 16 day winter break on Saturday. Washington Adventist from Takoma Park Maryland played the first 20 minutes of the half with little rust as PSUD struggled to execute on either end showing the lay off. WAU shot 56.3% from the floor in the first half while going 6-12 from the 3 point line. They also used their size advantage to outrebound PSUD 23-12 before the break. WAU would lead 44-30 going into the locker room.

The second half PSUD came together and executed on both ends. With 9 minutes remaining PSUD was able to cut the lead to 10 63-53 but back to back three's from WAU pushed the lead back to 16 for the visitor. In the second half PSUD outrebounded WAU 16-15.

Jake Perrin (Brockway,pa/Brockway) was named the Foradora Insurance Player of the Game with 13 points 6 assists and 3 rebounds.

PSUD will play at home again Tuesday night 1-9-18 at 8 pm against Penn College.
