2nd Road Game in 2 Days Too Much for PSUD
For the second night in a row on the road PSUD found itself in a bout in PSUAC play. Hot shooting by PSU York put PSUD in a hole early in the game. With 11:25 left in the first half PSUD would settle in and cut the lead down to 14-20 after 2 made free throws from Donovan Boyd (Jackson,MI.) Many mental mistakes followed the run leading to York's lead 44-30 at half.
The first 11 minutes of the second half remained equal as York kept a lead 60-45. A 3 pointer at the 4:48 mark by Tristan Pierce (Lancaster,OH) capped a 16-5 run for PSUD cutting the lead to 65-61. PSUD ran out of steam as York ended the game on a 11-2 run in the final 4 minutes.
Tristan Pierce lead PSUD with 23 points, Dylan Huey (Punxsutawney,PA) added 11 points and 7 rebounds off the bench.
