PSUD bounced back at home with a 77-65 home win against CCAC Boyce. Improving to 2-2 going into the Thanksgiving break, PSUD lead by as many as 18 in the second half and cruised to the double digit victory. Playing for the second time in as many nights, PSUD controlled the game from the beginning leading 41-27 at half. The winning team seemed to find its defensive identity after giving up more than 100 points in the previous two contests. PSUD forced 12 turnovers, kept Boyce to 30.8% from the floor including 6-32 from the 3 point line 18.8%.
With 12 players getting over 10 minutes of action, PSUD gained a good team win. Tristan Pierce (Lancaster,OH) has lead PSUD in scoring every game this season (16 pts), Dylan Huey (Punxsutawney,PA) added 12 and 9 rebounds , Donovan Boyd (Jackson,MI) added 10, Aaron Krzyzewski (Long Island,NY) contributed 9 points and 10 rebounds.
PSUD will open conference play 7pm Tuesday November 28th at PSU New Kensington.
