PSUD Men win on Road against PSU Brandywine
Dubois kicked off their two day trip at PSU Brandywine. The ball seemed to shy away from the bottom of the net for both teams to start the game. After a bounce back, the score was tied at 8 a-piece five minutes into the game. Sharp shooting from Brandywine carried them to a 9 point lead at the ten minute mark. After a made shot beyond the arc Dubois found themselves down 10 with five minutes remaining in the first half. Dubois was able to finish the half on a 10-3 run to come within 3 at halftime.
Dubois was able to continue the momentum while making a 14-6 run to start the second half. Brandywine was able to fight back coming within 4 with ten minutes left in the game. With just under five minutes remaining Dubois was upholding a 6 point lead. In the final minutes, Brandywine came within 2 points but was able to take the lead. Dubois held onto the lead to win 86-84. Notable players for Dubois were: Aucker 28, Roselli, 23 & 14, Pierce 17, and Pearce 7. Dubois travels to Stabler Arena to play Lehigh Valley for their second game of the trip.
