PSUD Men miss opportunity against 3-time Conference Champion PSU York

A lack of presence beyond the arc and around the rim proved doomful for PSUD on Saturday afternoon. It was a back and fourth game for much of the first ten minutes. Dubois found themselves down just 10 points, 20-30. It was then that a cold front entered the gymnasium for the Nittany lions as they struggled to find the bottom of the net thus leading to a 33-18 run [by York] to finish the half. Halftime score was a staggering 63-38. Dubois came out with a sense of urgency as they began to chip into the lead. They were able to get within 25 points inside the first five minutes. Little did they know that that was as close as they were going to get. PSUD tried everything they could think of but it just wasn't enough. York would finish the game on a 40-24 run with the help of a collaborative effort beyond the arc, shooting over 63% for the game. Notable players for Dubois were: Pierce 19, Roselli 14, Reynolds 11, and Aucker 9.

Dubois returns to action on Tuesday, December 6th as they travel to PSU Beaver. Tip is set for 8:00 PM.
