Men's Basketball Fall to 2-2 with Loss at PCT  113-99

NCAA Division III, Penn College of Technology played host to the Nittany Lions of Dubois. PSUD Men were prepared for this matchup as PCT played a similar style of basketball much like Pitt Titusville. After a somewhat slow start on both ends, Dubois found themselves down 8 five minutes into the game. Made baskets from Roselli and Reynolds helped to cut into the lead. A layup by Dylan Huey put Dubois down [just] 1 with ten minutes remaining in the game. Strong bench play by DuBois helped to bring the score as close as 3 before PCT would go on a 25-15 run to end the half with a 14-point lead.

The first five minutes of the second half proved favorable as DuBois fought back to come within 1. However, with PCT's strong presence beyond the arc, they were able to push the lead back out to 10 with ten minutes remaining. With five minutes to go before the final buzzer, PSUD pounded their way back to within 4. It was just not enough as PCT finished the game on a 20-13 run solidifying the win. Notable players for Dubois were: Pierce 24, Roselli 23, Reynolds 20, Huey 17.

PSUD Men return to action on November 22, 2016 when they play Butler County CC at home. Tip is set for 7:00. This will be their last game before they open up conference play against PSU New Kensington on the 29th.
