DuBois Crashes New Kensington's Party

While the Penn State New Kensington team was busy celebrating senior night, DuBois was celebrating a victory. Monday Penn State DuBois made the sunny trip south to Penn State New Kensington and came home with an 82-63 victory.  DuBois defeated the New Kensington team just a couple weeks ago, and this night was no different.  Much like the first meeting between these two teams DuBois used their inside game to their advantage.  Chris Dickison dominated the paint once again scoring 26 points and pulling down 11 rebounds.

Foul trouble plagued the Penn State New Kensington team with four of their players drawing 4 fouls a piece late in the game. With fouls being an issue DuBois continued their relentless attack in transition shooting layups for most of the night. Jovan Brown and Kai Ahmad were key components for PSUD's transition game. Brown finished the night with 16 points while Ahmad scored 11 of his own.

This was another well-rounded game for the Penn State DuBois team, which is good with PSUAC playoffs right around the corner. If DuBois can continue to win they will hold on to their 2nd place ranking in the PSUAC.  Their overall record to date is 17-6 and 11-3 in the PSUAC. On Wednesday DuBois will make the trip to play PS Mont Alto, they will return home this Saturday for a 3pm tip-off with Penn State York.
