Penn State DuBois Golf Invitational

Seven teams competed in the annual Penn State DuBois Golf invitational held on a beautiful September day at the DuBois Country Club. Finishing in first place was the team from Pitt-Bradford with a 4-man total of 301. Medalist for the event was Jason Thorp from Thiel College; Thorp shot a 69. Jason Thorp is from Curwensville, PA and is the current Club Champion at the DuBois Country Club for its members.
Penn State DuBois finished in a strong 2nd place with a team total of 314, 3 strokes better than Kent State-Tuscarawas at 317. Scores for the PSU DuBois players were: Alex Acree 73, Brandon Mancuso 79, Espy Reinard 80, Jordan Tosh 82, Colin Moore and Brandon Orsich shot 84.
We would like to thank DuBois Country Club Professional Joe Beatty and the entire membership at DCC for permitting PSU DuBois the use of the course for competition and daily practice throughout the golf season.
