CLINIC DESCRIPTION:
Penn State DuBois Baseball coaching staff and players will host the spring 2018 baseball clinics at THE BASEBALL BANK in DuBois PA.
The Penn State DuBois baseball clinics are designed to help players develop proper throwing, pitching, fielding and hitting mechanics to succeed at any level. Our hope is not only to develop better players but also to instill the discipline, respect, hard work and self-worth values which are threaded throughout the baseball philosophy.
In these clinics, participants will learn the basic mechanics of hitting, fielding and pitching and take part in drills and activities to help them develop these skills. The participant should bring baseball equipment such as glove, bat, batting helmet (if they have one), and a drink.
