Penn State DuBois preps for PSUAC Conference championships

The regular season is in the books, and this weekend, Penn State DuBois travels to Scranton, PA, for the PSUAC Championship May 7th & 8th as the # 1 seed in the West Division along with the top overall record in the conference. 20-11 overall and 11-1 in the conference.

Coach Tom Calliari's team is led by strong pitching in Dom Kriner, Alex Hart, Kenny Heverly, Brandon Orsich, Dan Bowman, Caleb Bennett. All of these pitchers have been relied upon this season to put the team in position to win games. Several other strong arms will see action from the bull pen. The catching duties will be shared by 3 strong players; Zac Walsh, Colton Treaster, and Josh Sorbera.

Leading the way with the bats Clayton Butler (LF), Talon Falls (3rd base), Garrett Brown (CF), Caleb Bennett (Short Stop), Brandon Gettig (2nd base), Zac Walsh (Catcher). This team has 26 players who have one goal in mind – PSUAC Champions !

With a solid performance this weekend in Scranton; PSUD hopes to qualify for the USCAA Small College World Series May 15-18 in Glen Falls, NY.
